In his role as Chief Operations Officer, Paul oversees business operations across all functional areas of NetSpeed to ensure organisational goals and objectives are consistently met.
Paul joined NetSpeed in April 2021. He examines the business as a whole and compares NetSpeed’s current skills and ways of working to our clients’ actual needs. He gathers feedback from internal team members and clients alike, looking for ways to improve NetSpeed’s services and strengthen relationships while ultimately growing the business.
Paul comes from a technical background, having started his journey over two decades ago with the Irish Defence Forces. He served 24 years, the last 12 of which were as part of the IT department in Defence Force Headquarters. Paul then moved to civilian life, his first role saw him join a Windows Server and Support Team, where he ultimately became team lead. This experience at entry level management gave him the skills he needed to take on his next role as Operations Manager with a well-known managed IT services company in Dublin where he spent a further 6 years.
Paul is proud to be part of the professional, close-knit team that is NetSpeed. He shares the same vision for NetSpeed and its people and places the same value on commitment to clients.
In his spare time, Paul’s a self-confessed pretty bad guitar player who can’t sing. He also has a passion for motorcycles and his current pride and joy is a Yamaha MT10 SP.
