Orla Byrne
Project Manager
Orla joined the NetSpeed team as Project Manager in July 2019. Her role sees her manage the planning and delivery of technology and business change projects both internally for NetSpeed and for external clients too.
In all projects she manages, Orla works closely with stakeholders at all levels of organisations.
She has worked with clients to deliver documented frameworks supporting business operations with Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Functional Flow Charts. Her adept analytical skills play a key role here, as this involves extensive data gathering and analysis, interpreting and considering user requirements at all levels of an organisation.
Orla has over 20 years of project management experience across a diverse range of organisations in Technology, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and State-funded Public bodies. She has successfully delivered a wide range of operational and customer facing projects and programs of varying complexity, scale and durations.
Orla is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and UCD MBA graduate. Her passion is building trusted collaborative relationships at all levels across an organisation.
